Instagram Auto StudioYou can delete all information stored by Instagram Auto Studio (account information, the encrypted access token, uploaded photos, post images and job history, insight history, comment and DM auto-reply records, and comment sentiment analysis results) at any time using any of the methods below. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Posts, replies and DMs already published on Instagram remain on Instagram and can be deleted directly in the Instagram app.
Method 1. Delete directly in the Service
- Log in to the Service and open Profile.
- To delete one account, click ‘Unlink’ next to it; to delete everything, click ‘Delete account’ and confirm.
- The data for that account (or, if you delete your membership, your details and all linked accounts) is deleted immediately.
Method 2. Remove the app in Instagram
- In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Select Instagram Auto Studio and tap Remove.
- Meta forwards a deletion request to the Service, and the Service automatically deletes the data for that account.
Method 3. Request by contacting us
Send a deletion request, including your Instagram username, via a direct message to @juiceistravel on Instagram. After verifying your identity, we will delete your data without delay and let you know the result.
